Welcome!

Welcome to the ranch!  We're located near Lake Lavon in Collin County, Texas, between Dallas and Oklahoma .  We are the first family to live on this land outside the family that first homesteaded here in the mid-1840's.  Our goal is to act as responsible stewards for this beautiful land amid the increasing threat of development

Dallas is approximately an hour away and, although we are still well outside the suburban sprawl of the Metroplex, development is heading our way in a hurry.  Nearby McKinney, the county seat, has grown from 15,000 when we moved here to over 120,000 today.
